Final Forms replaces the mountain of paperwork families receive the first week of school and allows you to update important information about your student from the comfort of your home.

IMMUNIZATIONS

To help prevent the spread of communicable diseases, the Board of Education requires all students to be immunized against specific diseases, including polio, measles, and mumps, as mandated by state law. Students entering kindergarten from 1999 onwards must be immunized against Hepatitis B, and from 2006 onwards, against chicken pox. Additionally, students in grades 7-12 from 2016 onwards must be immunized against meningococcal disease. Exemptions are allowed for medical or other reasons.

MORE ABOUT STUDENT HEALTH SERVICES

SCHOOL SUPPLIES

We will provide all preschool through 12th-grade students with school supplies for the 2024-2025 school year. These supplies will be purchased and delivered directly to your child’s school, ready for distribution during the first week of school. This initiative is designed to ensure that all Titans have the necessary supplies to start the new school year strong, alleviating any additional expense for our families.

Each student will receive the items and quantities tailored to their grade's specific needs. Please note that backpacks will not be provided this year. If your family requires assistance in obtaining a backpack, we encourage you to speak with your child’s building leader for support.

STUDENT AND PARENT HANDBOOK

Our student handbook is designed to help students and families with many of the questions that might come up during the school year. It provides a summary of important policies and guidelines set by the Board of Education and the District. If there's any confusion or a difference between this handbook and those official policies, the policies will always take priority.

It’s important for each student to understand what's inside, as it includes information about your rights and responsibilities. Please take some time to read through it and keep it handy throughout the school year. It can be a useful resource to prevent any misunderstandings.

STUDENT AND FAMILY HANDBOOK

TRANSPORTATION

Transportation is provided at no cost to families for all students who live two miles or more from their home school.

Transportation letters to eligible families will be delivered by mail. In October, we will open our space-available opportunities for students who live less than two miles from their home school. The district's Transportation Department will decide where space is available along an existing bus route.
