In conjunction with the Lorain Police Department and the Lorain City Schools, Safety Town will be open for all children living in the City of Lorain entering kindergarten or 1st grade in the fall of 2024.
Our Safety Town program is a one-week course designed to teach your child safe practices at school and home. The children are instructed on when, where, and how to cross the street, school bus safety, seat belt safety, fire safety, poison control, and handling strangers.
