School Profile

At Southview Middle School (SVMS), we inspire, challenge, and empower students through the love of learning through the transition from concrete to more abstract thought. Serving students in grades 6–8, we promote high expectations while working together with parents and the community to develop students to their full potential.

ACADEMIC DISTRESS COMMISSION

 

The Academic Distress Commission will meet in special session on Wednesday, May 27th, 2020, at 6:00 p.m. regarding the CEO selection which will include an executive session to consider the appointment and employment of a public employee or official; Action relating to candidate selection may follow executive session. This meeting will take place using the Zoom webinar platform.

The Lorain City Schools Board of Education will meet in special session on Wednesday, May 27, 2020 at 6:00 p.m., via a Zoom webinar platform. The link to join the webinar will be provided on Tuesday, May 26th , 2020.
