Lorain City Schools Academic Distress Commission and Board of Education held a joint regular meeting, on Monday evening, November 23, 2020. During the live broadcast Zoom session, CEO Dr. Jeff Graham and his administrative team detailed their strategic planning, regarding the district's "Open with Care" Phases of Learning, to ADC members and the public. Highlighted, during the presentation, were the guiding principals behind Phase 2 of the "Open with Care" plan, as the district prepares to enter a "parent-choice" hybrid learning model, set to begin in January 2021.
