1. The annual Warrior Run will take place this tomorrow, at 5:15 p.m. at Dogwood Park in Mariemont. There is a 1 mile walk and a 5K run. The Warrior Run includes great music and food. Registration for students is $10. If you don't want to race, then sign up to volunteer and get volunteer hours. There is no cost to volunteer. The money raised goes directly to supporting our mental health programs in Mariemont Schools.
Sign ups are low! Please use the QR codes posted to sign up to run or volunteer this Saturday. It costs $10 to run and all entries will be put into a raffle to win a gift card!
2. Senior athletes in golf, tennis, cross country, football and cheer are reminded to return your senior night forms today!
3. Congrats to the CeCe Kuwatch, Veronica Drake, Ella Malafa, and Lucy Glassmeyer as they played in the District tennis tournament yesterday. The Doubles team of CeCe and Veronica came up just short, in a very long 3 set match and just missed out on qualifying for State. Congratulations to Ella and Lucy as they won both of their Doubles matches yesterday and will be heading to State next week as one of just 16 Doubles teams that will be competing for a State Championship. Ella and Lucy still have work to do on the court this Saturday as they will be playing in the Semifinals of the District Tournament. Also a big shout out to the entire girls Varsity tennis team. In the most recent State Coaches poll they are currently The #3 Ranked Team in the State of Ohio.
4. The American Scholastic Climbing League is coming to the Cincinnati Area Region. The season will run from November to February. This league is open to all high school climbers, beginner to advanced. Visit https://climbtheleague.org/ for more information.
