The Marion Local School District Board of Education (“Owner”) is seeking construction manager at-risk services. The Board is interested in erecting a new building consisting of nine classrooms, a gym, locker rooms, a cafeteria, an agriculture facility, and administrative offices. The new building will be connected to the existing elementary building by a corridor. The new building is to be approximately 66,000 sq. ft. Interested firms can submit statements of qualification electronically to Mike Pohlman, Superintendent by 10:00 a.m. on February 16, 2024.
