The Ohio Department Of Jobs And Family Services has said families with a child(ren) in kindergarten through twelfth grade in their home who was receiving free or reduced-price meals while in school, during the 2019-2020 school year, their child(ren) is eligible for the Pandemic-Electronic Benefit Transfer (P-EBT) program to receive Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) benefits as a result of the school closure due to COVID-19.
The ODJFS has said that families can start expecting them in the mail, beginning in June. If you have not recieved your P-EBT card in the mail, please contact the ODJFS at 1-866-244-0071.
