School is closed today, Tuesday, September 5, 2023, for all Garfield Elementary School students and staff. The air conditioning system in the building is currently not working, and due to the forecasted temperatures for today, it is not safe to be in the building as the windows do not open adequately for airflow.

This is for Garfield Elementary School only. All other schools are in session.
