In the Lorain City Schools it is extremely important to us that we stay in touch with our families throughout remote learning so that we can best provide support to you and your children. We would like to know about your remote learning experience so far, as well as your experience with accessing meals and medical care during this time. Please complete the survey below for each school in which you have a child enrolled.
For example, if you have two children in Lorain High School, complete one survey. If you have a child in Lorain High School and Southview Middle School, complete this survey twice - once for each school.
