If you've checked your mail, lately, many of you may have noticed Lorain's 2021 Town Planner Community Calendar inside of your mailboxes. Amongst the discount coupons to local eateries and businesses, and advertisements, artwork from across the district adornes each page--from front cover to back cover--showcasing the artistic talents of students spanning across 10 grade levels. From Pre-k to 12th grade, paintings of Lorain's very own lighthouse to thematic patriotism can be found, inside, representing six of our buildings including Lorain High; Southview Middle; Longfellow Middle; Hawthorne; Larkmoor and Toni Morrison Elementary schools. If you did not receive a calendar, you can check out each artists' work--and their instructors' influences--below. 

And in February, be sure to stop by 410 Broadway, near the corner of Broadway Avenue & West 4th Street, where each student's work of art will be on display.
