MARCH 27, 2023 | Lorain City Schools and Lorain County Public Health are teaming up to hold a vaccination clinic on April 6, 2023. So, this spring break, make childhood immunizations a priority in your family by attending our clinic.
Public health nurses from Lorain County Public Health will be available to vaccinate your child to bring them up-to-date for school. Bring any vaccination records, your child's medical card & parent or guardian's ID. No one will be turned away for inability to pay or lack of insurance.
Parents, guardians, or trusted adults 18 or older must accompany all students with a photo ID. Schedule your vaccine appointment by calling Lorain County Public Health at (440)284-3206.
