Dear Southview students and families,
Welcome back! I hope this letter finds you all in good health and high spirits. As we prepare for another exciting school year, I wanted to take a moment to extend a warm and heartfelt welcome to both returning students and those who are joining our Southview family for the first time.
The start of a new school year is a time of great anticipation, filled with the promise of new friendships, engaging lessons, and memorable experiences. Our dedicated staff has worked diligently over the summer to ensure Southview is ready to provide a safe, nurturing, and enriching environment for all our students.
We have many wonderful things in store for the coming year. Our teachers have prepared innovative and engaging lessons to challenge and inspire you. We are committed to fostering an atmosphere of curiosity, critical thinking, and a love for learning. Our school's diverse extracurricular activities, clubs, and sports will allow you to explore your passions and talents beyond the classroom.
At Southview, we believe in the importance of teamwork and collaboration. Within that same team spirit, please ensure your students adhere to our cell phone policy. Our school community thrives when students, families, and staff work together in partnership. We encourage you to stay involved in your child's education by attending school events and parent-teacher conferences. We are ready to start a PTO. More to come on that soon.
The health and safety of our students and staff remain our top priority. As we navigate the ongoing challenges, we will continue to follow guidelines and protocols to create a secure learning environment. Also, please update your student's Final Forms as soon as possible. This is our new digital format for EMA's.
