Kirtland FFA Students Showcase Talent at Arizona National Livestock Show

The Kirtland FFA (Future Farmers of America) spent their Christmas break at the Arizona National Livestock Show, showcasing their skills and talents in various competitions. The event attracted participants from 30 states across the country, including Hawaii.

The FFA students put up an impressive display, holding their ground against the very best in the nation. The show featured four students from Kirtland and a younger brother of a member. Students competed in various categories, which are listed below:

- Dylane Carlisle: Shorthorn Heifer, Prospect Steer, and Market Lamb
- Bryce Sanders: 2 Prospect Steers
- Heath Finch: Livestock Judging
- Caleb Thompson: Helper
- Hunter Sanders: Duroc Market Barrow, Spot Market Barrow, and Berkshire Breeding Gilt

The Arizona National Livestock Show is one of the biggest events for FFA students across the country. The show provides an opportunity for participants to showcase their livestock raising and handling skills, as well as learn from other FFA members from different states.

The Kirtland FFA students' performance at the show is a testament to their dedication and hard work. They have made their school and community proud with their talent and skills.
