KnowledgeWorks, KnowledgeWorks, & More KnowledgeWorks

Have you heard about KnowledgeWorks? If not, you probably will in the very near future.

The KnowledgeWorks Foundation provides funding and leadership for education initiatives throughout Ohio. They believe that education is the key to the success of individuals and society. The Foundation is dedicated to removing barriers to education for all individuals. With more than $200 million in assets, KnowledgeWorks Foundation is one of Ohio's largest philanthropic partners in education.

Lorain City Schools are currently working with KnowledgeWorks Foundation on three different, but interrelated funding opportunities. Although separate and distinct from one another, the programs build upon each other and link together to begin to form the basis of a very new Lorain City Schools. They are:
Project GRAD
Ohio High School Transformation Initiative (also called small schools, or smaller learning communities)
Early College
