No School Employee Left Behind

The new No Child Left Behind legislation provides some unique challenges for both the District and many of our employees individually. Although state and federal governments are still trying to come to a consensus on how the NCLB laws should be implemented in Ohio, one thing is clear - changes are afoot. It is critical that we understand these changes and plan accordingly.

The following information represents the current best understanding of the regulations. Below are a few of the more important elements of the NCLB legislation that could effect you as a school employee and some general information regarding the new regulations.
