Health Trustees
Membership
The Trustees are all volunteers, who, except for one, are employed by the Board of Education. Nine (9) of the Trustees are members of private labor unions, and three (3) of the Trustees are executives of the Lorain City School District. Collectively, they function as the plan administrator, and are vested with fiduciary obligations with respect to the trust fund and the provision of health and welfare benefits to plan participants and beneficiaries in accordance with the adopted health care plan.
