The Facts About Bed Bugs: What You Should Know
Unfortunately, bed bugs have made a big resurgence in the U.S. We understand you have concerns. Please be assured that we are following the proper guidelines to prevent and monitor for bed bugs in our schools. The Health Department is conducting an inspection to assure you that our buildings clear. If there is an issue, we will be in communication with you. Again, it is unlikely for bed bugs to be spread in schools, however we are working closely with families to provide education on this issue. Please refer to our website at lorainschools.org/bedbugs.aspx for complete information. If you have additional questions or concerns, please contact the Health Department. 440-204-2787
Congratulations Bike Winners!
Congratulations to our students who won a brand new bicycle last week from Aramark, the food service provider in our schools. Students who ate breakfast the week of October 5-9 received a raffle ticket which was entered into a drawing for the bike raffle.
